Meet Rachel Seideman

Rachel is a certified Mat Pilates and Sculpt Instructor, trained through Fuze House in NYC. She offers private 1:1 sessions, duets, and small group classes (3-5 students),  guiding clients through mindful, intentional movement that builds strength from the inside out. Rachel's sequencing focuses on core stability, posture, flexibility, and overall body awareness. It not only helps tone and sculpt muscles, but also supports better alignment and a deeper connection between your mind and body. Whether you're looking to complement your wellness routine or start a new movement practice entirely, Rachel's Pilates & Sculpt classes are a powerful tool for enhancing both physical vitality and mental clarity.

In addition to teaching Pilates and sculpt, Rachel is also a certified Holistic Health & Nutrition Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN).

Rachel's Approach

Hi everyone - I'm Rachel Seideman! My Pilates approach is grounded in the classical foundations of Joseph Pilates’ original repertoire, but infused with a contemporary, athletic twist—think intentional movement with a sculpt-focused flair. Each session is designed to build deep core strength, enhance alignment, and tone the entire body through dynamic yet low-impact sequences.

 

We’ll incorporate a variety of props—including the pilates ring, balls, blocks, light dumbbells, ankle/wrist weights, and resistance bands—to add intensity and variety. Whether you're joining a group class or working with me one-on-one, you’ll leave feeling strong, energized, and thoroughly sculpted. I can't wait to move with you!
