Although many people think of Pilates as simply stretching and core work, my sessions, both mat and reformer, are full-body workouts, with a focus of your choice on any given day. If you don’t have any specific requests, I will fill your workout with challenging and new exercises each time we meet. I also work with clients to build home routines so your Pilates work is not limited to the studio.  We collaborate to design an efficient and simple set of movements that you can work into your daily life.

EVOLVE Private & Duet Reformer Sessions

  • I offer private &  duet reformer sessions. Each session will be a full-body workout.  We will use the reformer, jump board, short/long box, and all tower apparatus during our sessions.
  • ZOOM sessions are an option if you have appropriate equipment in your home. 
  • Pricing is available upon request.

 

EVOLVE Duet/Trio/Quad Mat Sessions

  • I offer mat sessions.  My mat sessions can accommodate up to 4 students.  Each session will be a full-body workout. During warmer seasons, we will practice outdoors. We will use balls, rings, mats, small weights, and our own body resistance to increase strength, flexibility, and balance. 
  • If you would like to for a small group of 2-4 people, we can work in a format that allows each of you to get the personalized attention necessary for a great workout.
  • ZOOM sessions are available at your request.
  • I  can accommodate up to 4 clients for a mat session.
  • Pricing is available upon request.

EVOLVE Private Pre/Post Natal Session

  • I offer pre/post-natal Pilates sessions. These sessions combine reformer and mat work.  With ever-changing bodies, particularly through pregnancy, our work will evolve as the weeks go by to accommodate your physical and emotional needs. Each session will be a full-body workout, adjusting our work as your pregnancy progresses.  Once baby is born and clearance is granted from your physician, we will work together to safely and effectively get you to a strong and comfortable place with your post-natal fitness level.  We use balls, rings, mats, small weights, and our own body resistance to increase strength, flexibility, and balance.
