“P ilates is designed to give you suppleness, natural grace, and skill that will be unmistakably reflected in the way you walk, in the way you play, and in the way you work.”

-- Joseph Pilates

My #1 favorite FAQ regarding Pilates is that virtually EVERYONE can benefit from the work.  Young, old, injured, pre/post-natal, athletes, men, women, kids. You name it, and I can modify sessions to meet your goals, needs, and physical fitness level/health status. Each client truly has a unique experience and we work together to ensure safe, fun, and productive sessions.

How often do I need to practice Pilates to see and feel results?

Like anything we do, commitment and hard work are the keys to success. I recommend Pilates 2 times per week for optimal results. I also understand that people are busy and many clients use Pilates as an adjunct form of exercise, adding something new to their regimen.  Each person is different and I am happy to discuss your personal Pilates journey with you.

How long are EVOLVE sessions?

Each session is a full hour.

Can I do Pilates if I have neck, back or any other injuries?

Pilates exercises can be modified for nearly every injury. If you have back, neck, knee, or any other physical limitations/injuries, we will discuss and design a safe and effective workout for you.

I'm over 50, is Pilates ok for me?  Also, my pre-teen child would like to try, is he too young for Pilates?

Pilates is great for all ages from 11 to 111 years old.  I currently train clients as young as 11 and as old as 80, with every age range in between.  Please contact me for individual consultation as no two bodies are the same.

What are your Covid protocols?

My goal is for each client to be comfortable and safe. The equipment is thoroughly cleaned following each session and the full studio is cleaned daily.  The studio is a walk-out to the yard, so doors are open with air flowing as temperatures allow. Masks are worn at the discretion of each client.

Do you offer Zoom sessions?

All sessions types are available in Zoom format.  If you prefer to Zoom on any given day, or on a regular basis, let me know and we will adjust accordingly. We can have a full session with as little equipment as two water bottles, or as extensive as an at-home reformer. All we really need is your body, and you can get a great workout.

How can I pay for my sessions and is there a membership fee?

There is no membership fee at EVOLVE. You can pay as you go with single sessions; you can purchase 10 packs or 20 packs. Promotional packages with financial savings are offered several times throughout the year. Pricing is available upon request.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Same-day cancellations are charged at the full rate.  I confirm appointments one day prior as a reminder that we are set to meet.
